So Sunday night I went to the Scott Weiland concert in Lexington at Buster's. Needless to say, to go from playing huge venues with a capacity of thousands to a little place called Buster's is a bit of a fall from grace but to his credit the band was tight and Scott sounded better than he's probably sounded since his early Velvet Revolver days which has already been 10 years ago. If you came to the show to hear STP and Velvet Revolver songs then you wouldn't be disappointed. In fact, that's all he played with the exception of a cover of David Bowie "Jean Genie" and two new solo songs which you can hear below. He showed up, was on time, and sounded great. Who is this guy? I don't even know you any more Scott.
