Blink-182 Terrorize The North Pole In 'Not Another Christmas Song' Video

Blink-182 have released a new holiday song, and unsurprisingly it's a total downer (what else would you expect?).

The chorus of "Not Another Christmas Song" goes like this: "Another year not in a coffin/ Growing up or whatever you call it/ Sometimes you get what you got/ But it's not what you wanted at all/ This is not another Christmas song," oof. Luckily, also in classic blink-182 fashion, the song's video is hilarious (albeit morbid).

Mark, Matt, and Travis get the claymation treatment reminiscent of our favorite childhood Christmas stories, only their tale isn't a happy one. The trio terrorize the North Pole, accidentally causing the brutal death of way too many elves. Santa Claus also gets embarrassed.

"Not Another Christmas Song" is blink's first holiday track in over a decade (and first with Matt Skiba). It follows 1997's "I Won't Be Home For Christmas, and "Happy Holidays, You B**tard" off 2001's Take Off Your Pants And Jacket.

The not-so-festive tune isn't the only new song the trio released on Friday (December 6). They also dropped "PS. I Hope You're Happy" — a collaboration with The Chainsmokers that they began teasing nearly a year ago. Listen to that song below.

Blink-182 is part of iHeartRadio's annual ALTer EGO lineup, where they'll be sharing the stage with the likes of Billie Eilish, The Black Keys, The Lumineers, Rex Orange County, and SHAED. The show goes down January 18, 2020 at The Forum in Los Angeles. Find out how you can snag tickets here.
