Dr. Tej A. Shah at Zen Family Dental in Ashland, MA, said that if you can beat him in Super Smash Bros., he'll clean your teeth for free. If you lose, you have to tell the world that a dentist beat you!
It's a great idea and I'd step up to the Dr. Shah's challenge! And it's pretty smart that he has video games set up in the office for people to play while getting their teeth taken care of.
